Internet Leased Line FAQ
Internet leased lines are ideal for businesses that need the assurance of high-speed internet access at all times. Uncontended bandwidth means the maximum line speed is always available. Internet leased lines are particularly useful if you operate from more than one site and need to transfer large quantities of data quickly and reliably between them (perhaps for data backup and disaster recovery). Internet leased lines from Sistemos also offer the peace of mind that comes from 24/7 technical support.
Our Internet leased lines are available in two last-mile options, Fibre and Wireless. Fibre Internet is available from 2Mbps to 1Gbps and more , Wireless from 1Mbps to 50Mbps.
You need a fibre connection to your premises. We will determine whether the right infrastructure is in place with a site survey.
That’s entirely up to you. We offer a fully managed service that takes the responsibility off your shoulders. But we also offer an unmanaged service for customers who want to source and manage their own hardware.
When taken with our redundant connectivity options, we offer an SLA of 100%. That means if your Internet leased line is unavailable at any time, we’ll give you service credits as compensation.
